How to Join

Joining takes a couple of minutes. Here's exactly what happens in three simple steps.

Set up your Direct Debit

Choose how many horses to enrol and set up your £6-per-horse monthly Direct Debit. Completing the Direct Debit confirms you accept the Plan's Terms & Conditions, including the 12-month minimum term.

Our team gets in touch

Once your Direct Debit is set up, a member of the Duchy team will contact you to confirm which horse the plan is for and check your details.

You're in the Family

You'll then receive a welcome email confirming your membership and benefits — and your discounts are ready to use straight away.

The Family Plus Plan is a discount membership scheme, not an insurance policy or pre-payment for treatment. The 25% vaccination discount covers equine influenza, influenza & tetanus, or tetanus vaccinations; the 25% dental discount covers the routine dental examination and rasping; the 50% out-of-hours discount applies to the visit (call-out) fee only; and the 10% faecal egg count discount applies to the faecal egg count test. £6 per month per named horse, by Direct Debit, with a 12-month minimum term.
